While every effort has been made to provide complete and accurate information, Sound of Riviera makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of the content on this website or the information provided on third-party websites related to Sound of Riviera.

Information on Rates and Services

All rates and packages available on our website include 10% VAT. These rates are for the event package only and do not include rooms.

Payment and Pre-authorisation

For package reservations, full payment of the total amount is required at the time of booking. By selecting the package, the customer acknowledges that no cancellations are allowed and the paid amount will not be refunded under any circumstances. In the event of inability to attend the event, the name can be transferred to another person within a maximum of 7 days prior to the event date.
For DIAMOND & GEM package reservations, no charges will be made, and the reservation will be handled by our booking department. We cannot guarantee the availability of rooms at Maya Beach Resort. Due to limited availability, we recommend booking in advance as much as possible.

CREDIT CARDS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Credit card details are not stored in our booking system or at the hotel. All card details are encrypted and stored with our merchant providers, who have undergone a full audit by the PCI and have been certified as level one, which is the highest level of certification in the payments industry.

GROUP BOOKINGS

Reservations for five or more packages will be considered as a group booking and may be subject to different terms, conditions, and charges. Please email our reservation office at info@soundofriviera.com for further assistance.
